Can preparation and Lawyer prepared Document make up for bad case

I know that the interview "feel" is important, but I am wondering about how much it does matter.

Case:
Eastern European Single Female of 25 yo, recently applied to tourist visa > denied - currently applying for b1 in South America.
Some estate, no job or new job, bachelor education, never been to Europe.
Real purpose no b1

>> lawyer to help rewrite resume/biography
>> been told to "bribe" possibility (?)


How realistic is this really?

How realistic is this really?

Not realistic at all. Oh and there is the committing fraud thing and suggestion of bribing a visa officer. Your chances of getting a visa are very very very......very.... slim.

If you have the means to bribe a career Department of State officer, you wouldn't have to worry about getting a visa in the first place

Oh, this is not for "me". Someone close to me is being lied to. i do think it is unrealistic but wanted to consult with people from the forum who are clearly more experienced than i am.

If bribe was a lie (third party) - which... i hope it is
she only risks constant refusal during interview ?
