B2 to Student Visa to Green Card

Hi There !!!

I am 36 with B2 status and applied for F1 visa, still pending. It might be approved by this month. I am the applicant and my husband and daughters are studying here in US.

My question is:
Can I apply for any other status if F1 will not be approved by USCIS?
How can I get green card ?
What are the possibility to get Green Card after approval of F1?

I am ready to invest 100k to 500k.

Please advice.

There is no option for an student to get a green card. The only GC are employment based or family based. Unless you have a job offer and meets certain requirements, and has a company to sponsor you, you should consider investment based.

If you have the 500K, actually a little more I hope, get information on EB5 and do it fast. US wants to increase minimum investment amount to more than double. The EB5 will give you a Green Card. The 100k, for E2, will never give you a GC.
