Hello,
Since I have been given the copy/paste run around with the U.S embassy in Canada about my inquiry I figured maybe someone could shed some light for this question. I am wondering if my B1 Visa is suffice to allow me to review and audit a company in the states. In the coming weeks I am being tasked to visit an American company that we are in the processing of perhaps purchasing to review their IT equipment and network as the foreign company's IT admin. I am only going there to review the company and go over information and documentation. I am not being paid nor exchanging money in the states.
I don't feel like going up to customs and being denied before the flight. Has anyone ever experienced this in the past?
Thanks!
