Hi, I work for an Indian company and planning to shift to local operations of the an US company in India. However my prospective employer is expecting me to come to US on a Business Visa for a face to face interview. He is willing to provide the invitation letter and also the request for attending the interview. However, the travel agent insists on getting a NOC from my current employer which is impossible to get. How is this normally handled where one has to travel to US on a business visa for attending the interview for a job in India(particularly the MNCs)?
