B1 Visa for more than 90 days

Hi!

I want to apply for the B1 visa and my scheduled stay will be for more than 90 days. I work for an IT company and they are sending me for 90 days.
Earlier my colleagues have applied for the B1 visa for the stay greater than 90 days but they got their visa refused.

Please guide me, if there is a way to achieve the B1 visa for the stay greater than 90 days.
