Vo-gave the 214(b) form

What must have gone wrong?i will like to re-apply agin soonest...kindly reply

Thanks for the reply,I am currently serving my country in the national youth service corps entitled for only graduates and I am also engaged I thought these ties were enough..how soon can I re-apply?
