Consulate interview location at one place and bio metrics at another place

HI,

I have been attended my b1 visa interview at Hyderabad on Nov 6th and it got rejected she handed over me 214b form

So, i would like to reapply again and thought of checking available slots in month of December which is almost near to my journey dates.

then i have applied slot for biometrics on Nov 16th and when i check for consulate interview i have found the chennai interview at nov 21st and i applied

But i am now confused whether if there is any problem with my application.
