  • Processing time for an Indian student in Canada.

    Hello everyone,

I have filled out my DS160 NIV B1 visa for USA. My flight is on 3rd March 2018 and my interview date is in montreal on the 6th of February 2018. Do you think I would get it?

Further these are my docs that I will carry with me:
    1) application
    2) email from conference
    3) financial details from conference and my boss
    4) hotel booking
    5) flight details
    6) original passport
    7) 2 photographs as per instructions
    8) my current university letter
    9) my residential details in montreal

Is there anything I am missing, please do let me know if I am !

    Thank you!

      Hi,

Did you get your visa? If yes how long did it take?

I am Indian PhD student from Germany. I have applied for B1/B2 for conference at Frankfurt, Germany, got 221g yellowslip and passport returned. Currently in administrative process.

I really think that in one month your Canadian visa could be made. Because the procedure of obtaining visa in Canada is generally very fast. I have take mine in 3 week for a work in Canada.
