B1 Visa Rejected

I went for my B1 Visa Interview today but was refused Visa. The training i am going for in February relates so much with what i am currently doing. Do you think i should re-apply immediately as the training is 20th to 21st February 2018 and my Employer has paid for my training. Kindly advise me please.
