B1/B2 Visa Rejected - 214(b)

Hello ,

Today (02/05/18) I had attend the B1/B2 Visa interview at Hyderabad Location and got rejected under 214(B) section . Rejected letter stating that "You are fail to prove that you will leave US after your Visit ".

Me : Good Monring !!.
VO: Good Morning

VO : Where you are Working ?
Me : I am working in XYZ Company .

VO : What is your designation ?
Me : Lead Engineer

VO : Have you ever Travelled Abroad before ?
Me : No, This is my first opportunity.

VO : How long you been with this company ?
Me : 2-1/2 Years

VO : Which Places you are visiting ?
Me : Aurbun, Lincoln , and M***aukee.

VO: What is the duration of your Stay . ?
Me: Its About 10 Days

VO : What is your salary ?
Me : X lacks /annum ?

VO: Sorry , you are not qualified for requested visa, here is the passport .
Me : Ok, Thank you


My concerns :
1. I didn't mention my salary in DS-160, is this mandatory ?
2. My overall Job Experience is 2-1/2 Years only , is this the reason ?
3. is there any particular amount salary that I should get for Visa Approval ?
