Can i travel on B1 Visa as i am holding H1B visa as well.
Hi Experts ,
I need your help. I hold H1B as well as B1 Visa. I have never travelled on H1b Visa and now its visa stamping is lapsed . Can i travel on B1 visa to US for meetings. Later i have a plan to change the petitioner name in H1B(I797).
Is there would be any problem at port of entry .
