B1/B2 Renewal via dropbox refused visa 214b

Hi,
I recently applied for renewal of my B1/B2 visa and was granted drop box submission.
However after 5 working days I was called for an interview at Kolkata and was denied visa under section 214b.
I was not given any details, but was told that I do not qualify for this visa.

Interview
C: Why are you going to the US
Me: I have to attend a training on a new type of equipment.

C: What type of training
Me: It'll be on the new code developed by "company".

C: Whats your annual salary?
Me: xx

C: What do you do?
Me: I am an automation service provider.

C: Which countries have you traveled to.
Me: Spain, Chez ... (Was Interrupted and asked next question)

C: What were you doing there?
Me: Supervision and Training for new equipment controls.

C: Whats your current role?
Me: I own a firm.

C: Whats your business?
Me: We provide Automation Services

C: How many employees do you have?
Me: Five

C: When was your firm Started?
Me: February 2017

C: "Pause... Looking at the computer... Sorry, you do not qualify for this type of Visa.



I don't understand what went wrong, i checked online but couldn't find reasons for refusal relevant to my case;
I don't have any intentions to stay back in the US as i have a well settled business here. I'm married, i have a family, none of the family members were accompanying me to the US.

What are the chances if i reapply, as it is very important for me to travel for this training.

The possible reason what I can think of is - yours is a pretty new & small firm.

You are not able to justify your visit reason properly - answers are not good enough
