Interview waiver for a 8 yr old child

Hi,
I hold a B1 Visa. My spouse and daughter (8 yrs old) plan to go for visa interview for a B2 (tourist) Visa.
1. Does my daughter qualify for interview waiver program
2. My daughter's biometric information to be provided or is that waived off too
3. Do I just provide documents (related to my daughter's application for Visa) at the consulate when my spouse attends her Visa interview. Or is there a drop box where I need to submit documents
