Mismatch in travel dates between DS160 and invitation letter from US

Thank you all for helping us by sharing your interview experiences here.
It'd be very nice if some can give me a clarification on my below query.
My Visa interview is scheduled for tomorrow 24th April. But now only I noticed that the travel duration which I mentioned in DS160 is for 3 days, but in my invitation letter from the US, my trip is scheduled for 12 days. Actually, I applied DS160 before i getting my invitation in order to get an appointment at the earliest. But later plan changed and our management
decided to extend my stay 9 more days for an internal training purpose. Will this mismatch be a problem while attending the interview?
Someone, please reply at the earliest, I'm quite confused, tomorrow is the Visa interview scheduled.
