Hello Team,
I am from Bangalore. Having 8+ years of experience in Software Industry.
I have been given an offer from a start up company in Bangalore (it was opened 1 month back). This company has a US client and they want me to travel in B1. The company size is 4 employees.
1. If i apply for B1 immediately after i join, is there possibilities for getting a B1 Visa?
2. Any idea for how long would will be the validity of Visa?
3. If i apply for B1 Visa, should i resign from my current employer and afterwards should i apply for B1 or can i apply for B1 even before joining the startup company?
I am really worried about this, i will have to resign from my current company and then take up this offer. If i do not get visa, then it would be no point joining the startup.
I have been reading most of the posts from your portal, it has helped me to clarify most of my questions.
