B1 visa query - appearence change

My relative has a B1/B2 visa valid till 2020 in old passport.
He has undergone hair transplantation and his appearence is different compared to the photo available in the new passport and the photo available in the USA visa available in the old passport (with slight balded look).
will there be any issue in the visa during immigration.

I guess he might have to go through second round of verification. Because the major verification will be done on the basis of fingerprint.
