I had 2 B1/B2 visa refusals prior to my successful visa issue on a third attempt, But it has expired. I am planning to take my last examination, that takes place only in the US but I am unemployed. I wanted to know if my prior 2 visits to US (for internship and examination) and returning within the time mentioned at the Immigration Desk affect my visa interview positively? Also, do I still need to show proof of employment with such a CV? My trip is being funded by my dad. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA.

Any proof that you can provide that proves strong ties to your home country, including employment, would be helpful.
The fact that you came back twice from the US and didn't stay is also a positive factor.Immihelp Support
