I applied for I 131. They received it on 24th July, incashed my cheque and sent me receipt on 27th July. I know my case is pending at Nebraska service center. When do you think I will receive my biometric appointment cause I need travel end of Aug? Pls if anyone has had recent experience would like to know.

Applying for a I-131 within this short time period is very risky. Their processing time website says it can take 3.5 to 5.5 months. If your case is an emergency you could try to get it expedited, but that's only allowed in rare cases.Originally posted by rakchans View PostMarriage AOS - 2018
