The DS 160 form (B1 Visa), requires the precise dates of attendance. However, I cannot remember the precise dates of start and end of my high school and Bachelor's, nor this information is state in the documents, only the months and years.

How should I fill the date into the form in this case?

They aren't asking for precise dates, precise month will be fine.

Say 01 June 2018 to 31 Dec 2018 you attended a school is good enough.
