Bi visa approved
First Of All, I would like to thank the members of "IMMIHELP" to create such useful forum. I prepared for my Interview based on the experience shared by other applicants.
MY VISA WAS APPROVED.
I would like to share my experience, so that it can help other Applicants as well.
Date: 09/18/2018
Interview Time - 11 AM IST
Location - Hyderabad
My Passport was already taken and given to Consular. He just called my name and ask me to move forward.
Q - You are from YYYY Company?
A - Yes.
Q - What does you YYYY Company do?
A - Explained him.
Q - Why are you visiting US?
A - I explained him my purpose of visit. Like I am visiting our Client YYYY office in YYY, for business meetings with my counterparts. I will be meeting multiple departments like ZZZ, YYY and ZZZ, in order to get in depth training and Visibility on their various products and application like ZZZ, YYY, ZZZ. After completing my training, I would come back to India and transition knowledge to my team.
Q - Where are you Visiting in US?
A - Franklin / TN
Q - Salary?
A- ZZZ
Q - Is your family traveling with you?
A - No
Q - Duration of your visit?
A - 2 Weeks.
Q - Did you already applied for this VISA? When?
A- Yes, in 2015.
Q - I can see you applied multiple times for L1 as well?
A - I said No, I only did once in 2015 and for BI only.
Then consular apologies and said "Sorry, this was due to name conflict. There was another person with same name and applied L1 multiple times in past.
Then time for Golden words -
"All right, You visa will be issued. Tennessee is nice place, you will enjoy it."
