US - B1/B2 - Stay duration related query

Background :
In my DS-160, I have mentioned the intended stay of duration as 2 weeks. However, the invitation letter from the US counterpart has the dates specified spanning across 9 days.

Que :What should be my answer if the VO asks 'how long am I going to stay in the U.S.' ?
Ans :
A. 2 weeks (as written in DS-160)
OR B. 9 days (duration per the dates on invitation letter)

For B1 visa, its suggested to match those dates. Either correct your DS160 or get a new invitation letter.

For the actual traval, you can choose the cheapest flight & can stay for 2+ weeks as well.
