Hi,
My brother in law's company is going to sponser his B-1 visa to undergo some certification in US for three days. He still has to go through the interview process and get the visa but I guess he would not have any problem as his employer company is a reputed and big one.
My question is that can my sister(his wife) also come during the same time by applying B2 visa? I want my sister to come along with him too for visiting me. She has been rejected B2 visa earlier when she was not married but I guess now she is married and his husband is going on B1 visa, does that increase her chances of getting the visa.
What are your thoughts/suggestions?
Thanks
Neeti
