My H1 visa amendment filing is in process. My employer wants me to travel on B1 visa for 2 weeks.

Should I travel? Could that be a problem later while H1 visa processing?

If yes, what kind of questions I should expect at the port of entry?

You can certainly travel on B1 visa, however try to have your amendment file after your entry in USA.

Also, there is a possibility that the CBP officer will question for or cancel your existing H1 visa (if any) on your passport - so be ready.
