b1/b2 extension

I have got a b1/b2 visa for 2 months single entry.
Is there any way to extend the b1/b2 visa.

Please donot extend your B1 . I did the same , the next when I went to Consulate , the VO told me that "You are suppose to complete your work with in the time we have given you " , you should nt extend your visa , I got the rejection . I had been to US twice before that ,,,(Even though I have valid Extension letters from INS)
