B1/B2 Denied- Extended my stay in my previous visit

Hi,

My B1 visa was rejected last week. I had taken the oppiintment along with my Wife and 1 and half year old son as well.

Officer asked me the following questions:

1. Why you extended the stay in the previous visit?
2. Are you going for the same comapny?
3. What is the purpose of visit?
4. When did you come back?

He took the finger prints of mine an dmy wife and told that I do not qualify for the B1/B2 visa and handed over my documents with a reason of Section 214(b).

Now, I am planning to go alone for B1 next next time.

1. When can I apply for the same?
2. What reasons I can give this time?
3. Are there any chances of getting for the Visa alone?

Please provide the asnwers.
