Wife's Travel

I have got a 10 yr multiple B1/B2 visa.
Will be flying in 2 week's time
I want to apply for my wife's visa so that she could travel with me.

Which visa type shall i apply her for ?
How can she get an early date so that she can travel with me within 2 weeks ?
