Hi gurus,
as i have been posting my questions and you guys really gave helpful advices.....Thanks a lot.....now i have a question. I have an approved H1. Stamping is not done yet. Just a month back i got B1/B2 done with my current company in india which is stamped for 10 years multiple entry and i have not traveled on it so far....now my question is, if i go for a H1 stamping and incase I get a quary (rejection asking for some doc or so) can I still apply for a status change from B1/B2 to H1 if I happen to land in US on B1/B2. Please suggest me on this…..
