B1 interview

Hi Guys,

I have my B1 interview on 5th of March,2007.
Let me explain my situation..

I m joining a company in Delhi on 15th of March which wants me to attend a training for 6 months in US starting from 1st of April.

I have all the necessary documents like invitation letter from US office which states that they will borne all my expenses,offer letter,my bank docs,etc,.

This company is a 4 year old US based company having their offshore development centre in Delhi.
I m applying at Chennai consulate as I m staying in Blore currently serving my notice period in the present company.

Can someone please tell me the necessary documents I need to carry.

Don't forget to take your experience letters and before anything else, talk about your salary and role in the company. I have 12 yrs of experience but didn't mind taking my experience letters as I had confirmed registration of conference but the minute VO heard that I joined this company 2 months back, he rejected my visa and I tried to explain but all in vein.
There are couple of good VO in Chennai who I'm sure will listen to you if you explain them first. If you have less than 2 yrs experience then take it buddy, chances are less that you'll get your visa as they suspect why you need 6 months training or client interaction but if you are BEP employee then you have strong chances. In either condition, the only thing you can do is to try and try honestly.

No I havent got it.
They rejected because I havent joined the company yet.

Well, I almost knew it. I'm sure that situation would be good after 6-8 months of wait.
