Fist name FNU do i have problem getting b1 visa

I am going for visa stamping on october 4th .i don't have surname ,while taking web appointment i updated my given name as fnu and sirname as my given name. do i face any problem in visa stamping.

Name on Passport

What is the name given on your passport?
If there is a name and surname both mentioned on your passport, then I assume you should write both those names on your visa application form.
I am just guessing though, more learned persons should reply to satisfy your query.

My given name is:Anand Rama **** **
Surname:Blank in my passport.

In visa application i have mentioned my surname as Anand Rama **** ** and
given name as:FNU.

Do i face any problem getting US b1 visa.
