It may great help me if respond this query. Sir I attended Visa Interview on 22-06-2007 for my busiseness training in US, which has been sponsered by my Company. On that day My application has been rejected under section 214(b). The Actual Reason that I unable to Under stand Americal Assent of Officer and I was not well communication to the officer. By Considering this reason I immediately re applied and got the appointment on 09-07-2007. Most of the people suggesting that immediate re-apply may cause permannat ineligibility. But my training sheduled on 23-07-2007. This Training may turn my career in india.This time I will definetely ask for translater. In this Case Your Suggestion and Comments will be appriciated.
