Need help, can wife travel on b1

Hi,
I have got B1 from x company and flying to US. now, I want that my wife can join me after a week (for her to stay for 30-40 days). Which visa I should try and can she produce my B1 copy at the time of which ever visa u suggest and how much hope should i keep that this is possible and what and documents would be needed for her.

You should apply a tourist visa B2 for the spouse if you are on B1. Again, it all depends on the visa officer. I have seen both the cases where they grant/reject visa for the spouse. Give it a try. Wait for experts advice from this forum. I am a newbie.
