Anyone got B1 after 221(g) refusal on H1B?

Is there anyone who is succcessfully able to get B1 after a 221(g) on H1. I got 221(g) on H1 around one and half years back. The CO asked me to submit various documents related to the company and work place as my consultant did not provide those i haven't appeared again for 221(g) case. Now my current company want me to apply for B1, what are the chances I will get B1 when H1b is on 221(g)?
Any immediate thoughts/information will be of great help.
