Hi:
My name is Nandakumar. In a nutshell my background is that i have 2 elder brothers, who are now US Citizens. I have a elder sister and i am married and have a daughter. I am settled in Bangalore. My parents also have moved to Bangalore. In about 2 months, we are moving to flats in the same apartment. I have been rejected student visa ( in 1998 and 1999). I then applied for a business visa in 2002 and was rejected. I am an IT Professional and now head the sales and marketing division at a new company. I applied for a Business Visa last year ( feb 13th 2007) and the consular told me that i am only 2 weeks into the company and therefore could not travel. I honestly want to travel only for professional reasons. Although i could have applied for a VISA after 6 months, i did not want to since there was no need. Every year in February, there is a annual conference ( HIMSS), which is the main networking event and i need to attend this time.
Should i carry any document pertaining to my brothers citizenship?
