I read the link about this cataogory. Thanks for the information. My uncle is planning to invest money under the pilot program where you can invest half million dollars and create 10 jobs. For that where should we start. Contacting the regional center or, USCIS. how could he apply ?. he has visit to US first to look for the buisness. He can not apply without investment. what is the process to start. whom should we contact first. we are interested in looking buisness in Iowa, Kansas, or Missouri. Another question is, does this money can be a loan ?. or gift. I will appreciate your help reagrding this questions. Thanks
