h1 rejected (pending) going to appear b1

I was rejected h1b means still under admin process since one and half year.I have not given any docs to embassy except ds156 157.Now my company wants to send me on B1.now I am chnging my exp letters which I produced last h1 interview.

Does the embassy maintain previous ds forms?
could u please anyone tell what will happen if I prouce changed exp letters?
I think in B1 exp letters are not in requied docs.
