I m financially supported by host company. What documents are required ?

I am a student going for a research project in Washington DC for two month. As the company cannot provide me with the DS2019 form. I am trying for a B1 visa. I currently don't hold a bank account with a reasonable amount of money. My visit is completely financed by the host organization.
What documents will be most appropriate to back my financial support?

If the Company that sponsors you is a well know one, you just need to carry an invite letter.
If it is a small time Company, you need carry its financial documents like tax returns, W2, etc.

Remember! It is necessary that you need to qualify on your own right for a B1visa, regardless of who is sponsoring you.
