I entered US on January 2009 and scheduled to go back on April 2009. But when I fill up my i94 form, I wrote incorrect family name.
This was noticed by US security officer and he corrected my name him self and collected the arrival record.But in the departure record, I am still having incorrect family name.
So is there any problem while returning the i94. Please give your valuable advice. Also I am going to stamp L1 visa and planning to come back.
