Dear sir/madam,
Friday march 20 2009 i did file an application to extend my B1/B2 status untill june 15 2009 because i need to attend various soccer tournaments and college showcases for my employer in the Netherlands.
I filed the form according the official instruction form for form I-539.
That form does not mention anything about including copies of all passport pages.
I did include my I-94, Letter of reason of my request, a copy of my expired J1 and I wrote my social security number on the I-539.
Please let me know if i still need to send copies of my passport and if yes can i send those as supplemental information to the USCIS by us mail or email or do i have to wait for them to respond?
