Hi.

I have a client that is a Bosnian citizen. She is here in the US on a B1/B2 I94 visa. She would like to take a cruise with her family to Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Mexico. Will this visa work for that? I have been told she needs a multiple reentry visa. Is this the same? Please advise, I am having a difficult time finding the correct information.

B1/B2 visa can be single or multiple entry. Look on the visa stamp. Under 'Entries', it should say either 'S' or 'M, for single or multiple.

Regarding the visa requirements of other countries, you will have to check with each country.
