B1/B2 appointment Confusion

I have confusion in selecting answe for fowwling question
Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?* YES/NO

In my case my B1/B2 visa got expried on 09/Nov/2008 and I am again planning to take same type of visa in July 2009. I visited US two times with old visa in year 2003 and 2004.

For above question what should I select YES or NO

If you're applying for your expired visa, then select 'Yes'. What's the confusion?
