I know we wrote DS form for B1 / B2 visa where work is not permitted. And, therefore, do not use that visa to work. Some times, some jobs have joining deadline . Decision comes so lately due to others situations.
Employers do not care what immigration is thinking. Right? Immigration
also does not care employers decisions. But as we are applicant , we need to care and obey both.
Status change is more convenient than applying new visa from elsewhere. It is just for urgent needs and never for hobby. Of course, after change a
person will work with new status not by B1/B2.
Could you please tell what is the way to change B1/B2 to H1B if needs to change from inside USA?
