B1 rejected thrice

I am a newbie to this forum and a victim of B1 visa rejections.
I had applied for B1 visa through my company in march 2007 and got rejected and then i reapplied in the month of july 2007 and got rejected. Then, i really waited for long time i.e 2 and half years and applied yesterday i.e 21-Oct-09. For some reason, they hav rejected my application again under the section 214(b). Can someone help me with my situation ? All the rejections were based on section 214(b) and i dodn't know the exact reason behind these many refusals.

Please find my answers for your questions :

1. Do you have family in US?
NO

2. Are you single?
YES, I am single

3. How old are you ?
I am 25 years old.

4. Any ties to the home country?
I am very much Indian with parents and grand parents belonging to India. We are very much settled here. And in my family, i was the first one to apply for american visa.

5. Any H1b on your name?
NO. I never applied for H1b any time. I applied for only B1 visa through my company that too thrice as i mentioned before.

6. Income level
I am getting annual income of 4.3 LPA. This question was asked recently by consulate officer.

So, please let me know if you find anything improper above to make me unfit for B1 visa.

H1 got 221(g) and B1 is rejected. How do I reapply?

Hi,
I got 221(g) for H1 in Dec 2008. I later withdrawn my H1 application.
My B1 has got rejected in Nov 2009.
I have strong ties in India. Above 5 lacs of salary, Unmarried and I dont know anyone in US.

How and when can I reapply for B1?
