DoB issue with passport; what date to use on Visa application?
Please can you suggest what date should we use when the passport has incorrect date of birth? (applying for B1)
Passport was issued 2 years back but somehow the work of correcting DoB got delayed. Company has urgent need of travelling to US for a month on B1. The passport correction might take time and company won't wait that long. If we have to continue with the incorrect DoB for now (and correct it later by court order or something) then what date should we put on B1 visa application? If we continue and put incorrect date to avoid complications and date mismatch, is there a way to correct US immigraition records for DoB?
