Urgent-Reentering on a B1 visa

Hi,

I just returned back from US after a stay of 2 months ( my i-94 expires in Dec). Now, I am required to reenter US for further 3 months.

1. Is it advisable for me to go again on a B1 visa? are there any port of entry risks?

2. Is it possible for my employer to process a L1 visa for me when I am in US on B1 visa?
