B1/B2 Visa with Annotation

Dear Sir,

I am currently working in CA firm in India and now planning to appear for CPA exam in USA. so I applied for Visitor visa and good news is I got the visa

I got B1 B2 visa from 6 mth starting from 2nd dec 2009 till 1st jun 2010, with Annotaion " To Chicago for delawar state board accountancy exam Feb 2010 "

I understand that Annotation means special note or restriction. But I want to ask you that

1. does this annotation means that I have to come in FEB as my annotation says so and can not come in April even though I have valid visa till june. 2. Does that also mean that I have to enter in Chicago only and can not enter to any other state say now if i Wish to enter to Newjersey and would like to give my exam from that state.

Does this Annotation note will effect my POE or any kind of deportation if I plan my visit in April for 1 mth and my POE will be newark Airport insted of Chicago.

You can come anytime and if you have a valid itinerary for your time in the US other than the exam and a return ticket, you may be granted a stay of up to 6 months.

but do you think that if I enter at Newport airport instead of chicago that will have any problem. Because on annotation is says for Chicago and says date Feb 2010. Do you think that it will be a risk of coming in April 2010.
