I need a clarification on changing my status from B1 to H1. Let me explain clearly. I got B1 in Sep 2008 after that I again went to US consulate and got stamped my H1 in Feb 2009. Now I came on B1 to US. Now can I directly change my I94 status from B1 to H1 staying in US only, is it possible. If possible can you please guide me how to do that?
