Hi All
I am working as a Mechanical design Engineer in XYZ company in Gujarat, I have appeared for B1/B2 visa on 21st OCT 09 in Mumbai consulate and got rejected under section 214(b), I am reappearing for the same on 18th December 2009.
The problem is all the 5 guys who have appeared for the B1/B2 visa from our company are rejected under the same section. Its a must for our company that we need to travel ASAP. Please help me how we can proceed?
