Applying B1 if we have stamped H1
Hi,
I am having stamped (stamped 4 months back-Sep 09) H1B visa under company B and not entered US yet. Currently I am working for company A and it is planning to process my B1 visa and after two months L1 Visa/H1 visa.
1. Will this B1 visa affect/cancel my stamped H1? If yes then what kind of impact?
2. Once I entered US via B1 and while working for company A, can I switch to company B using my H1B petition? Does it need further stamping also return to home country again?
3. Once I entered US via B1 and while working for company A in US (within three months), can I apply for L1/H1 from my home country under same company A? If yes which one is best Visa to apply (L1/H1)?
