Dear Sir/Mam,
I have a friend who tried to visit the USA for 6 days and applied for business visa but was denied 2 times in Guongzhou, China. The two ladies own a jeans factory /manufacturing plant in China with about 550 workers.
I wanted to launch a new fashion wholesale company in the USA by licencing a well known brand name; and needed to Joint venture with a clothing factory to acertain timely delivery and quality. They are going to be my joint venture partner. I have full convident that we are going to be very competitive with my extended experience in the field and their know how as a manufacturer. However, they have never set foot in the US. They want to visit the country for a brief time to set up a limited company and get some understanding of the market place.
Is there a way that they can put up something like a bond to guarantee that they will exist the US after the 6days short visit and get a transit visa of some sort???
