Business Visa B1

I got to lax and they send me to second inspection, they said that I have 8 entry record and just 1 left, cause I never gave i94 back, so they gave me 3 months B1 but the officer take copy of my ticket fly (the ticket is for one week after i enter to US) and said I will chek that you go back to your country that day, but I need to stay one month, I am no taking that plane, so I still havin the permit with 3 months, so that officer can do something against me if I do not take that plane ? (but i leave the country before my i94 expires ?)
